We have chosen a different approach to delivering homes at Welborne. For the first phase of delivery, Buckland has entered into agreements with three top-quality House Build Partners who will work with us to build the homes. These three experienced regional housebuilders, recognised for their quality of build, have a reputation for high-quality homes. The arrangement Buckland has with the build partners is mutually beneficial; Buckland benefits from great build quality, whilst our build partners benefit from building homes on a large development like Welborne which is normally the preserve of the national volume house builders.
