As 2024 draws to a close, some of our Welborne team look back on the year and review their highs, greatest challenges and where we are with the project, moving into 2025.

From an idea - to a plan on a page - to opening your new front door. Here in Hampshire, north of Fareham, we’re building Welborne Garden Village.
6,000 beautiful homes with accessible green spaces, sustainable energy, nurseries, schools, shops, leisure facilities, a technology park and more.
It’s the vision of a local landowner to create a new, thriving community that has been 17 plus years in the making. As building is commencing, in this podcast we’ll talk to the talented individuals behind this unique and one-of-a kind project.
Season 2
The Welborne team are back again in our second podcast series, where we are Out and About exploring the building progress onsite and talking key milestones as the first of thousands of new homes are now emerging.
